Southern Storytelling

My writing, speaking and editing cover a wide variety of subjects - all of which I passionately research. Technically, I am a physician and surgeon with a fellowship in trauma and critical care surgery and served two tours in the Iraq War with the United States Army. I am also an avid football fan and history buff. Additionally, I enjoy spoken word and storytelling. With an adventurous life growing up on a small Southern farm, I have many of my own unique stories from working in carpentry, lifeguarding, waitressing, and tutoring. I have extensive experience as a public speaker and power point content researcher/writer on medical and surgical subjects, as well as, military experience including war, PTSD and suicide within the military and veterans of this country. I am interested in advocacy, public speaking, freelance writing and consulting.
