Introduction: I am a yoga teacher registered with the Yoga Alliance (RYT 500, RCYT) and have over 17 years of personal yoga practice. I work with a number of hatha Yoga styles and believe that each person requires her or his own eclectic mix in order to stimulate change and growth. If you're looking to discover more about what your body and mind do and can do, consider a private yoga session. You may be wanting to create greater physical awareness, work better with the patterns of the mind or even explore your own personal spirituality. I am specialized in working with men. I'm also happy to arrange individual, private sessions as well as with couples or small groups. I have experience working with both children and adults.
