Pure Bliss Yoga

Introduction: I received my 200-hour vinyasa yoga certification in 2012 through the Urban Bliss School. I am registered with Yoga Alliance and First Aid/AED/CPR certified for adults and children. I own a studio in the Lake Wylie area & offer in-studio & on-site private and small group yoga instruction as well as corporate wellness packages & yoga parties for all ages. I have worked with students of all ages and levels and am officially certified in vinyasa but have experience in deep stretch/yin, prenatal yoga and with children as well. I believe that yoga can change lives and am so excited to have the opportunity to share the joy of yoga with others.
