Richard is very patient and explains things in a way that I can understand. He built us a New computer that we love. I always bring him my computers when I've messed something up, he fixes the problems quickly, and is always willing to walk me through minor glitches over the phone.

Richard promptly quoted a very fair price on installing a new LCD on a macbook. Within a days time, we communicated directly and the work was completed in less than an hour from my arrival with the laptop at his store in Liberty, NC.
Richard is quite personable, was agreeable to my standing beside him talking and observing while he worked. His confidence in knowing his craft and where his strength lies was reflected in his delicately finessed, deft, crisp but unhurried movements at the work bench. I would recommend RC Computers to anyone who seeks rapid, reliable and reasonably priced service for PC or Mac products. The only caveat is that you must be willing to bring the machine to him which for me was a 50 mile round-trip; even so it was very well worth it!

RC computers is all you hope and pray a repair shop will be! Richard is honest, competent, and his fee is super reasonable. I was told by Staples that my laptop repair would be over $500 dollars, Office Depot said - over $300.00 - RC's quote was 120.00 - parts and labor! Wow - and he's fast and super-pleasant too. Taking my laptop from Greensboro to Liberty was well worth it! Thanks so much RC Computers!!
