Jason is terrific! He is a patient teacher and meticulous about teaching the correct form. He has great intuition about when to really push me and when to recognize that I'm at my limits. It's been fun getting back in shape and seeing results.

Jason has been wonderful and very supportive. He comes to the house and he's always on time. He cares alot about your progress and encourages you when needed. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is knowledgable about persons with injuries and how to strengthen up the muscles to improve mobility. He always takes time to answer any questions you may have. It's been great!

Jason has been very helpful over the last few weeks. We engaged him for a 40 session package which was a great deal. He comes to the house and he's prompt. He understands a great deal about the anatomical aspects of putting together a workout regiment. I would not hesitate to recommend him to one of any age group. He concentrates on strengthening muscles to improve mobility. I have some old shoulder injuries and he has been extremely helpful in helping out as far as that is concerned. He knows how to work around those types of things.

Jason wrks closely with my daughter, who is a student athlete, preparing for college athletics. He has evaluated her strengths and weaknesses, and has established an aggressive routine and plan, to achieve the goals that we had in mind, to help her be successful athletically at the next level! We highly recomend him!

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Our clients are generally looking for help to loose weight or tone up their bodies, but we also help clients with getting ready for athletic competitions, increasing their mobility, and improving their posture. All our exercise programs are designed specifically for every individual based on their needs and goals. We primarily do In Home training at the clients residence, but can also train in local park or at Xtreme Fitness in Cornelius.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    When looking for a personal trainer I suggest talking to a few that catch your eye and then schedule a consultation, which is usually free. During the consultation you should feel that the trainer has you in mind and not filling their wallet or pocket book. Trainers that have the well being of their clients in mind will ask numerous questions about you. Questions like; What do you like to do?, What is your goal?, Why is it important to you?
