- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our clients are generally looking for help to loose weight or tone up their bodies, but we also help clients with getting ready for athletic competitions, increasing their mobility, and improving their posture. All our exercise programs are designed specifically for every individual based on their needs and goals. We primarily do In Home training at the clients residence, but can also train in local park or at Xtreme Fitness in Cornelius.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking for a personal trainer I suggest talking to a few that catch your eye and then schedule a consultation, which is usually free. During the consultation you should feel that the trainer has you in mind and not filling their wallet or pocket book. Trainers that have the well being of their clients in mind will ask numerous questions about you. Questions like; What do you like to do?, What is your goal?, Why is it important to you?
