Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Marketing, showing the rental properties, screening tenants, accounting/collecting rent/eviction, maintenance requests, just to name a few.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Make sure you ask questions!! I have noticed that many owners come to me with a basic knowledge of what goes on in the management of their property and expectations of the firm. You need to know everything that goes on with your property...you still own the property!

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I care about my work and I love what I do. I am open, honest, and I do not sugarcoat situations! I am hired for a reason, and that is to get the best tenant for your property for the highest rent possible, in the shortest amount of time! That is not all! I am here to retain your tenant and keep them happy, work with the both of you to make sure both sides of the transaction are happy. I communicate with all my tenants and owners on a regular basis! So, I guess in one word, the answer to the question, "Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?", my answer would be, communication!

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Why should I hire you? Well, my answer is constant communication and doing what I say I am going to do! You need to know what is going on with your property, how is is marketed, statistics on the marketing, etc. It is yours! Communication as to if rent is late or not, maintenance issues, etc. Hiring a company that know every owner and every tenant by name, means they care about their owners and who rents their property! There is not a property address, owner name, or tenant name that I cannot match in an instant. I do not need to look up information in a file! It is something I just know! Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. We do not sit behind a desk everyday, or at least I don't. I am out showing and marketing your property on a daily basis! I complete drivebys on our vacant properties and complete mid-lease inspections, just to name a few. A great deal of additional behind the scenes duties include the above, not to mention others. I am not a "sit behind a desk" property manager. Anyone can do paperwork! I have been hired for a reason!

A. No complication here!! We have 2 different types of Property Management Services that we offer: Tenant Placement and Full Property Management. For more information on each service and what is included, please feel free to visit www.LakeNormanRentals.com

Full Property Management is one half one month's rent to place the tenant into the property and 10% gross monthly rent thereafter.

Tenant Placement is one full month's rent to place tenant into the property and owner remains landlord.

    I tried searching for a place on my own for over a month and finally happened to make a call to ERA Knight, which got me connected with Pamela Greene.. What a relief! She sent me over 70 personalized litsings in the areas I was interested in, all of which met my needs as far as size # of Bed/ Bath and price range! I got to pick out my favorites and she scheduled showings for the next day, and less than 1 week later I was signing my new lease! I would still be looking if it weren't for her help! I highly recommend her to anyone serious about finding their new home.

    Pam Greene went out of her way to get my property rented. I will use her again on my other properties and for future properties. I would recommend her to anyone with high expectations that she will get the job done quick whatever your needs are. She truly works every day all day.
    My favorite quality of her is when you call her and IF she doesn't answer (she usually does) then she will get back to you within a few hours, unlike some of these other large companies that you have to leave a message and wait a few days for a response.

    I have had the honor of having Pam as my Property Manager for over 6 months now after having to fire the last company I was working with. Pam is an absolute life saver! I live over 650 miles away and my hands are tied as to what I can do. I feel Pam has gone above and beyond what any Property Manager would do for me.
