Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Events are common things that I turn into amazing MEMORIES.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Ask to see any provider's work . This is usually referred to as their "Reel" or "Demo Reel". Ask specifically
"What did you contribute to this reel?" Always ask for references.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. The best conversion rates come when you tell the viewer exactly what the expectation is or the "Next Step". We call it next step marketing and guide the viewer to follow a preset path. Don't let your viewer guess what to do next, tell them.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Ask any marketing agency to give you numbers of their campaigns. Ask about click through rates, reach, views and most importantly, conversion rates.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. The most important thing to think about is who is your target audience. Everything flows from this. We do a "Perfect Client" profile that helps determine who your target audience is, what they like, what they need and what they wish they could have.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I like interacting with people and capturing them at their best.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. It take a great deal of training and experience to get an amazing photo or video. If you hire someone, shouldn't it be AMAZING?

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I had a darkroom under the stairs when I was a teenager. I've been interested in photography since my dad started letting me use his camera.
