Over the past two years, I have sought a plumber who does high-quality work. I have already wasted (too much) money on two previous plumbers who did not do the job. Finally, I found PlumbServe, LLC! Their understanding of the job needed (including repairs from previous plumbers) was outstanding. As soon as we discussed the issues, I felt confident hiring them. The job was scheduled with no wait time, and the quality of work was outstanding. I had already wasted a lot of time and money, but finally, I got the quality of work expected. I would definitely hire PlumbServe, LLC again and strongly recommend them to anyone seeking a qualified and professional plumber.

Kaylee and Nolen were amazing!!! They diagnosed every issue within 5 minutes of a walkthrough of my residence. The plumber called before arriving to confirm the appointment, was able to quickly assess and solve the pressing issue, and then went the extra step to tell us how the issue may affect our plumbing integrity down the line. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer onsite diagnostic with our technicians. There is a $79 diagnostic fee to have someone out. This is, however, not charged if we are hired.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NC Licensed P1 Plumber. This is for Commercial and Residential Plumbing.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask for a license number, make sure if they arrive to your home that the number they give you is on their vehicle. It's the law.
