- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My High School English teacher is the one that told me that I should go and take a course in computer repair and maintenance when I was 14. He (Mr. Roberts) told the class that computers were going to be a major part of society and life in the future. Needless to say, he was right.

My most common types of jobs are Network troubleshooting, Virus removal, and DSL, Cable, and T1 connection configuration. Another job that is becoming more common is cable installation and termination.
