We price our jobs based on the square footage of the home and special request from the customer

The most important thing is to understand your customer needs. Communication is vital when first developing customer relationships We strive to ensure that our pricing is agreeable with the request and after the job is complete we try to follow up with either a call or with a review for feedback.
