Introduction: Hello! I'm an enthusiastic and warm violin teacher who finds joy in teaching. I love to teach violin to students ranging from beginner to intermediate/advanced. My goal is to teach correct violin techniques through classical repertoire, scales, and fiddle supplementation. It's important to me to foster a love for music and creativity.
I have had over seven years of teaching experience and have a BA in Music. My services will provide your student with confidence in a new skill, dedication to a new talent, and a new outlook on music. I hope to give my students a positive and creative look at musical pieces in a structured and fun environment.

Heather was my violin teacher while I was in junior high. She was absolutely wonderful! She brought such an uplifting and optimistic atmosphere to my lessons. While being highly educated in music, she was always able to bring concepts to a level that I would be able to understand. She was very easy to work with and was patient with my busy schedule. I am so grateful for the opportunity I had to study under Heather.

Heather is a fantastic teacher. She was able to really reach my Autistic son and help him understand the objectives by using creative and directive teaching techniques. She is very patient, and has a great way of communicating with parents and students.
