Progressive was very responsive and clearly understood the assignment. The installers were professional and took the time to explain the installation process, maintenance requirements, and kept the areas clean. The assessor came to demonstrate the various types of causes of water hardness. Overall experience was positive from the quote, reasonable pricing including applying manufacturer's discounts and payment methods, and the installation process.

Tried to work with the local Culligan folks. After 3 months (3 requests) without follow-ups for servicing, I decided to call Progressive Water Solutions and got a follow-up the same day that ended up in scheduled service for filtration and ultimately a new softener system. They did great work and they are now my go to for servicing, etc.
