- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The VISION we have set for ourselves is to achieve the highest standards of quality and service at a fair price. Always up-to-date in terms of using the latest technology, we keep ourselves abreast of the latest equipment, techniques, and news so as to stay current in our industry. Military discount available at a standard 15% on any product/package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when working with a new client, I like to confirm the product and services requested. The security deposit will be retained to lock in the date of service. Prior to any wedding if time allows I offer to meet the client prior to the event. We become a bit familiar with each other and ensure there are no misconceptions of work to be conducted or expectations that have not been discussed, avoiding misinterpretation, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education is based on many years of work as a prior wedding, fashion, and beauty photographer out of Seattle, WA. My experience capturing model portfolios, beauty portfolios, weddings, boudoir, and glamour which built up the knowledge and quality you see and can expect today. I am also a photography and photoshop educator.
