Introduction: We stage to make buyers fall in love with your home! Home Staging to Sell: We have an initial meeting to review and discuss the issues inside and out. Curb appeal is part of the package. I use the client's own furniture and accessories when advantageous. I am budget conscious and select needed items from inexpensive sources where possible. (I'm big on recycling.) I charge only for my time. Labor by others and products are paid for by the client without a markup. Only 25% of people in the world can envision how an unfurnished house would look furnished or how their furnishings would look in a new house. Don't limit your buyer pool to just those people. A house I did this spring got a contract in 30 days. The buyer had looked at 53 houses over a 2-year period, including new construction, and walked into this house (built in 1984), and said to her Realtor, "I'm home!"
