Stephen Massengill failed to provide the services hired to do for our soccer parents in New Bern NC. He took pictures, took money, and never sent pictures to the parents. So far he stiffed about 30 parents. Do not hire him. He is a fraud. He is not responding to any parents calls or emails. Last email said he was sending them out next week. That was two months ago.
