We do not give estimates because we give you a firm price. You know an estimate is just a guess and this can be changed at any time throughout the project with no reason given except it's a bigger job than I thought, or some lame duck excuse like that. If any changes are needed from our original proposal, we do change orders so you know the exact cost of the change order.
