- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing may seam a little cheap, but it has nothing to do with the quality of work I provide. I just don't believe in ripping customers off. Pro Joe's is family own and operated where honesty is still the best policy.I don't charge by the square footage because most of the time you over pay. I come in take a look at what you have and go from there. Sometimes you may only have a few spots that require attention. With that being the case the price stays very close to the quote. This means the less work I have to do the better your price.It also means the faster I get to my next customer. "Time is money"
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of IEHA, International Executive Housekeeping Association and have been for the last 12yrs. This is how I do my continuing education in cleaning and stay up to par with the latest trends in my profession, whether its chemicals,equipment,or safety.
