Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. 90% of our business is weddings. However, we DJ small intimate anniversary parties to large sound production for over 7500 people and everything in between. If there is an event that needs sound we can provide it.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. The most important question we ask all of our clients to ask is, does the company you are looking to hire have experience in working the kind of event you are holding? With over 20 years in the DJ business, Triad DJ Service has the experience to make sure your event is a complete success.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We take pride in ensuring your event is a complete success. We personally meet with all of our clients to make sure we have the same vision that they have, while offering helpful tips about how to run their event. However, when it comes down to it, we do what the client wants because it is their day and special event.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Working with awesome people. From all our clients to our vendors. We get to make sure people have a great time at your event, and more importantly our clients have a great time!
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Do you have a backup plan if something should happen, like rain or if our DJ has an emergency come up? Yes, we have and bring backups for all of our equipment to every gig. We also have a large number of DJ's on staff as well as close working relationships with other DJ companies, so yes their is always a backup DJ just in case. Your day is too important to leave anything to chance.
