We're a Better Business Bureau-accredited business. We're fully insured with a $1,000,000 business liability insurance policy which protects you against any damages or injuries caused directly or indirectly by our performers. Without this coverage, you could be held liable if something unfortunate should happen during your event. Some locations and venues won't let an uninsured act perform in their facility. Always ask for proof of liability insurance.
With quality education and extensive experience, Wally knows the scene like no other and can personally assist you in choosing the right sound for your event. Wally and his musicians are experienced not only as performers but also as listeners - listening to, understanding and delivering the needs of their clients. With a personal consultation prior to your special event, Wally ensures that your choice of music complements your event.
The volume is always appropriate, and the tempos always match the mood. Everyone always has a good time with Wally West performances and bookings that's why so many of our clientele are repeat patrons.
A. Reputation and peace of mind are role models for my business. The musicians, bands, ensembles, groups, and DJs that work under my umbrella are not only professionally linked to me, but they’re also personally linked through friendship and a common goal of providing top-notch musical service. Being both a performer and a musical contractor, I have the knowledge and experience to assist clients with their musical choices. I’m not just behind a desk, but “in the trenches” as well as a performer, and I want my clients to know that I care about their special event, wedding reception or social function. I want their musical experience to be the best it can be! Lastly, my business is completely covered under a business liability insurance policy, allowing me and my fellow entertainers to serve your event worry-free.
A. Truthfully, there are no secrets to the music industry and being able to entertain. Practice, hard work and determination, along with experience, are factors that best reflect the reputation of the business and the satisfaction of the business's clients. Read reviews, ask questions, and get referrals from area venues and clients who have seen and heard what the business in question has to offer. Word of mouth is the best advertising! A combination of experience, education, reputation and credentials is a sure-fire way of finding out if a business will be a good fit for your musical needs.
A. Here's a great list of questions to consider asking musical professionals:
1. Are you experienced? How much experience do you have?
2. Do you have liability insurance?
3. Do you have back-up equipment on hand at your events?
4. Do you have back-up musicians or DJs in case someone is ill or has an emergency?
5. Are you familiar with many different types of music? Can we give you a request list? Do you have a set list or play list to choose from?
6. Do you provide references from recent customers?
7. Can I meet with the contractor, musicians, band or DJ who will perform at our event?
8. Do you provide me with a contract, and how do I need to pay for service?
