As a personal life coach, I help my clients discover what they want, set goals, and then hold them accountable. Sometimes change is unwanted due to circumstances like death, divorce or job change. Sometimes it's planned. Either way, it's hard. As a coach, I assist individuals in coping with difficult circumstances and support them in their journey.
