FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We customize all our quotes, & try to work with Brides and Grooms budgets (as well as all customers' budgets). Remember though, you get what you pay for...and you won't get a "do over", so choose wisely. If you call me I will educate you (I've been doing this 30 years now) and I will try to help you in any way I can. I'm not always the chosen limousine company, but if you think less about price and more about pricelessness, then we will have a great time and you will have memories that will take you right back to your special life event and those memories will last forever.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We respond to the customer by communicating with them, answering any questions they might have and asking for the information we need to provide them with a quote (no obligation). If they accept our quote, we go to "contract" which we send them by email attachment. The customer is instructed by us to read, print, sign and date the contract paperwork and scan and attach it back to us in a return email. Upon receiving the signed and dated contract paperwork, we contact the customer to secure credit card information (by phone is the safest way). We then charge the customer the agreed upon contract fee and book the car for the time and date requested and paid for. We show up as agreed, treat the customer like royalty and we all have a great time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained under one of the greats in the limo business back in the 80's. I am truly grateful to him. He trained me right and I to this day train all my drivers the same way I was trained. This ensures customer satisfaction and safety.
