We hired Lynch Hunt to speak during our quarterly all staff meeting. This was when we were just starting to return to the office and we needed something to help our staff get reenergized and reconnected to why we do what we do. We immediately thought of Lynch to provide an experience that would motivate, empower, and offer our staff practical strategies for having a positive mindset as they come back in to the office. Coach Lynch has conducted a speaker series for our Student-Athletes for the past year and it has been phenomenal. Students have enjoyed the topics and have been engaged in the series as well as after series "homework". This has proven to be great for our Men of Color specifically.
