Jessica, an NASM-certified personal trainer and specialist in corrective exercise and performance enhancement, received her degree in exercise physiology and kinesiology from the University of Tennessee, and ranked top 5 in the country for exercise sciences. While at Tennessee, Jessica graduated with honors as a Division 1-lettered athlete. She was also involved in varsity strength and conditioning research in the human performance laboratory.
Although thorough in several areas of health, wellness, and nutrition, Jessica specializes in biomechanically correct forms of exercise that include, but are not limited to, boot camp-style dynamic training, functional training, bodybuilding, as well as toning and sculpting.
