  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    A majority of my clients are looking to lose weight. Therefore, most of the training I do is centered around creating effective exercise programs that will burn calories and build muscle to promote weight loss in a safe manner. I also provide nutritional advice to clients. Not making meal plans for them, but teaching them the right kinds of foods to eat, proper proportions etc..

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    My advice for people searching for personal trainers would be to look for trainers with the major certifications. ACSM, NASM, ACE, etc. Also try to avoid the big gyms. All they are interested in is taking your money and trying to sell sell sell.
