What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing will includes everything. We add GAF or Owen’s Corning shingle , Synthetic paper , ice and water on valleys & ridge vent to all our roofs. Of course new pipe boots and vents, Wood if needed !
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Showing them before pictures during pictures and after pictures. We use a drone to capture everything and lead them thru the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
7 years of field experience. I will be working with our in house crew.
