We provide individual income tax preparation and electronic filing services for federal and state tax returns. As our name implies, we are a leader in electronic filing and have been since the inception of the eFile program.

Our staff has over a hundred years of combined experience. We have assisted thousands of taxpayers who have always appreciated our knowledge and quick, accurate work. So, call us for tax preparation or consultation.

Our tax season hours are shown below. Our non-season hours are M-Th 9 - 11:30 AM, others are by appointment only.

    I am glad I came to ElectroFile Tax Service this year because I just saved over $150 dollars in fees for the same tax return. Another office wanted much more money. The people here are very knowlegdeable and made me feel welcome. I'll be back next year for sure!

    The pros at ElectroFile sure know what they are doing! I tried using one of those not so "free" online services to do my daughter's tax return and then mine. It really messed me up.

    But, my ElectroFile consultant was able to amend my daughter's return and correctly file my return for a nearly $3000 larger refund. Phew! that could have been a costly mistake.

    You can bet I'm headed to ElectroFile immediately to do my return every year from now on. Thanks you TMB.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Look for a seasoned professional, not someone with little experience and a computer with a cheap tax software package. Make sure they are available for year round assistance.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Many of the so-called preparers at the name brand offices have only a short training course and will only work 30-45 days a year. Rarely do they last more than 2 years in the business. So, they will never acquire the experience necessary to really do the job well.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Are you available year round? How long have you been in business? What is your specialty? What guarantee do you provide with your service?
