We are more than just a weightlifting club. We are more than just a group fitness center. We are athletic performance and physical fitness at its best. We train national level weightlifters, professional athletes, middle school/high school/collegiate athletes, stay-at-home moms, professional men and women, grad students, military, and more. Using the Olympic lifts as our basis, we design specific programs based on your needs. Trying out for a professional fitness league? Have competitions coming up? Want to get better at weightlifting? Want to be part of a weightlifting team? Need to get stronger and faster for your sport? Need to drop some pounds? Want to build some muscle? All of these are what we do. Group classes, individualized programs, or personal training, tell us what you need, be willing to put in the work, and we will get you there.
