Travis, Rick and their crew did an outstanding job renovating my tiny kitchen into a dream kitchen. The electricians (Propst electrical) gave me innovative ideas that not only saves energy, but illuminated every space. Carolina Heritage Cabinets gave me a custom look without a custom price. All the team that Travis and Rick used did an excellent job. I would recommend Imperial Builders for any renovation or new project.

I contacted Travis a month ago. He came out to my home promptly to find out my needs. He never called me back. I have called and spoken to him two weeks after he came out and he assured me he was working on my estimate and would call in a couple days. Since then I have left a message on his voicemail and not received a response. I will NOT be using Imperial Builders for my project.

With your unique situation regarding the septic system and your budget it's not as easy as just throwing you some numbers. It's takes a little time to talk with zoning and environmental health and then drawing a plan, then putting together an estimated cost to build.
