Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Always look at your insurance coverage before price. Once you verify that your coverage is adequate, then compare prices between multiple insurance carriers. This applies to all types of insurance.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Don't believe all of the advertisements that you can save a lot of money every time on your car insurance. While this may be true for some, it is not true for all. Insurance carrier's rates fluctuate from year to year. It is a good idea to get new quotes every other year or so. There are also many factors that go into rating policies: Credit, Driving record, multi policies and more. The moral of the story is to go with a independent insurance agent who represents many companies and that has your best interest in mind.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Ask about your insurance coverages. Make sure you know what your insurance coverage includes and excludes. Know your deductibles, policy limits, co-insurance and anything else you do not understand. You don't want any surprises when you experience a loss and file a claim.
