- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
That the customer "get a feel" of the provider they are talking to, their nature in character during discussions. I know many providers can lie by telling the customer "what they want to here" , but with me and all my experiences with all the wonderful people I have worked for it comes down to a true "heart to heart" feeling developed at the onset of a job. It's hard to put into words but it is true for me and my customers.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish customers knew the strong desire for me to please them and the deep appreciation that I have for each opportunity. Each job is a part of me and many customers after a job is done have become friends of mine. So many people doing this type of business have created a negative attitude toward the rest of us that are honest and hard working.
