I originally inquired to have the house pressure washed prior to listing to sell. I quickly learned that Trace and his team was able to go above and beyond my original plans for my house cleaning. Traces team stripped and restained all 3 or my porches in a beautiful Behr deck over and stain, trimmed all my trees that needed it, cut 2 acres of my property grass, and even installed my outdoor carpet that I had chosen to go onto the back porch. These are the highlights of the work but there are a lot of minor details that I don't even have enough room to comment on.
From the very beginning of our quotation I could tell that Trace was not the "just get it done cheap" guy. He presented the cheap way but also explained the right way to do it which in the end was the best decision I ever made. The attention to detail and the willingness to go above and beyond our expectations was exactly what I was looking for. His honesty was the key factor in choosing his services and it was a great decision. I will definitely be utilizing his services again and would recommend him to anyone looking for someone that can do it all and do it right. If you are a homeowner maintaining/selling or someone simply trying to flip a house Trace's Tree and Yardscapes is a complete one stop shop of awesome that would be hard to find anywhere else.

One day transaction! I had a good feeling about using Brandie and Trace and I'm so glad I did! I assumed the job would be too small and I got an immediate response that "no job is too small". Trace and crew came by for what I thought would be a quote. Trace was very knowledgeable and confident about what needed to be done. Most importantly he was very easy to work with. To my surprise he offered a quote and finished the job on the spot. All around great experience from start to finish. Amazing job!

They came as promised, worked hard, did a thorough job. Only reason I didn't give a five is that their rates don't match the job we gave them of pulling weeds. That said, they were kind enough to put in extra time free of charge.
