MAXFIT! Kris and everyone here are fantastic people to work with and deserve every bit of a 5 star rating! If you are someone who is looking to get in shape, lose weight, get stronger, or whatever. This is the place! Kris is an all around great trainer and works hard with everyone. He has a unique personality and a very real love for his work. He's not in it for anything else except to see that every person he works with reaches their MAX potential. The workouts will be hard, you will most likely hurt the next day, and you will sweat A LOT! But it will be worth it. Kris isn't the reason why this place is so great. The phacility itself is pristine 👌 and always has an upbeat vibe. The people who come here also make Maxfit very special because they all know what it's like to have the desire to be better and be healthy. It is a judgement free zone and that is something that I really appreciate.
I hope this review was helpful for anyone who is looking for a trainer who actually cares!

I started with Kris at Maxfit on 2/11/17 and weighed 318.8. As of today, I've lost 43.6 lbs. Kris is an AWESOME trainer! He is also funny and has a unique personality that will keep your training sessions interesting and fun. Kris is extremely knowledgeable about working out, muscles, fitness and knows how to help you achieve your goals. He displays a true passion for what he does, which I think is a big part of what makes him the best in this business.
Kris is flexible and willing to work with your work schedules as well as personal schedules and health issues that may arise. He goes above and beyond to help you be able to get your training in and helps you stay focused and committed on your goals!
I have been amazed in the short time I've been with Kris the things that I'm able to do and the small changes I'm already starting to see in my body. I enjoy thinking about the future with Kris in it as my trainer as I think I am going to achieve and accomplish more fitness goals than I can even imagine right now. Kris has a way of knowing how to push you and the same time instill braveness and encouragement in you to try new things and then succeed at them.
If you are ready to be better and more healthy and achieve your fitness goals, hire Kris at Maxfit! It is a no judgment, safe, fun environment and while you're going to work hard and sweat, I guarantee you will accomplish more than you think you can and you'll be so happy you made this choice! Just do it! :)

Awesome place. In just 4 weeks I have lost 10 lbs and several inches. I would have probably lost more if I had stuck to a better diet and been able to workout more; but due to some medical issues I haven't been able to do the full workouts. I would recommend Maxfit along with Kris and the team to anyone.

I've been training with Kris for about 2 months now and plan to continue for many more. I have exceeded where I thought I would be in this short amount of time. Kris is a motivator and insures I work up to my potential every session while paying close attention to some physical limitations I have. I'm very pleased with the positive change in my appearance and progression in fitness. I highly recommend Kris to anyone looking for an awesome personal training experience and professional.
