ACSS got a call about a customer who needed cameras so we when to her home. She was being harassed and vandalized and she was scared too! We walked the home inside and outside and suggested two solutions. She was relieved when the problems went away and she could sleep better. Her favorite feature was the video came to her cell phone and she could remotely open her front door to let friends and landlord in while she was away.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
About 10 years ago I owned electronic equipment that was in an industry that became obsolete. Sadly I took a sales job with a security company in Clemons, NC. The job allowed me to help people better their lifestyle by installing a quality security system. The satisfaction I got by HELPING people protect their lives and valuables in their home was extremely satisfying ! WHAT A GREAT THING I GET TO DO !!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If I was buying a security system I would want to have a rep come to my home or business and walk both inside and outside the property. That way we can better advise each person to a customized system that better fits their needs. I bring along information for each customer.
