Introduction: The Go! Team was founded in 2009 by the father-son duo of John and Matt Szalecki. They wanted to combine John’s vast experience in construction and remodeling with Matt’s creativity and good looks, to create a company that made things easy and pain-free for you, the customer. Complicated warranties, difficult scheduling, and overspecialization are a thing of the past. The Go! Team is a trustworthy company that you can come to for anything you may need without having any headaches. We know that just about everybody needs something fixed in their home or wants to make a change, large or small. Just know that we're here to help. Things that make us truly different than the rest: If you’ve been doing any looking around for a contractor, or ever come across more than a few, you know that they all say the same thing: “What makes us better than the other guys is our focus on customer service and our quality of work.” If I had a dollar for every time I saw that, I wouldn't need to run this company. Talk is cheap. Here are some specific things that The Go! Team does that will make your experience with us unique: * We answer the phone - We don’t ask to leave a message and then call you back in a few days. If we miss the call, you’re called back within a few minutes. Heck, you could even say that calling back makes us unique. * We show up on time - We’ll never tell you to take off of work all day so we can be there between 12 and 4 (and still not show up on time). We say, “See you at 10.” Then, we see you at 10. * We respect your home - We clean up our mess as we make it, rather than leaving a mess around your house or yard for a few days until we’re done. Trash strewn about is an eyesore and we’re not into that. * No-haggle 1-year transferable warranty - Every service we provide comes with a complimentary 1-year warranty on workmanship and materials. There is no catch, hook and haggle. You call us and we fix it. If you sell your house, the new homeowner can call us too. * One call does it all - No more calling around to 5 different guys to do every project. No more googling or grabbing magazines to see who around can do each little thing you need as you need it. We can do it, I promise. * We’re local - Please do yourself a favor. Don’t call a national or regional company to do your work. If a machine answers the phone, that’s a bad start. You know you can call us anytime and you know we’re nearby. * We don’t estimate your price, but we tell you your price - There are no sales games. We don’t hard sell, and we don’t give you a low price that becomes a bad price by the time the job is done. If we quoted the job wrong, that’s our fault, and you won’t pay for it. * We use the same guys every time - I was a little disturbed to see that some contractors just bid out their work to whomever they can get to do it for the least amount of money.
