I took piano lessons each week with Mr. Reitmeyer throughout high school. When I first met him, I had an interest in jazz, but didn't know a thing about playing it, especially improvising. Mr. Reitmeyer not only taught me how to play piano, but taught me what it meant to be a musician. Thanks to him and his support, I'm now studying jazz at North Carolina Central University.

I've only had the first free lesson/interview. Dave was easy to talk to and we had a good discussion about what I wanted to get out of my piano lessons and how he felt he could help me. He had a book ready for me to get started with and I hired him for a semester.
