My notary skills over the past 20 years have included creating LLC’s, statement of consent, I9 verification, powers of attorney, wills, 401K loan documents, as well as thousands of residential and commercial real estate transaction documents. Having been a real estate executive assistant for nationally known residential and commercial corporations for over 25 years; I have handled thousands of transactions nationally while being based in Illinois, Virginia and North Carolina.
My current certification is in the State of North Carolina as a notary and legal singing agent offering services to Wake, Hartnett, Lee, Chatham, Johnson, Durham & Orange Counties.
I am NNA Certified, Background checked and E&O insurance bonded. I pride myself in my professionalism, organization and multi-tasking under pressure.
