Introduction: We want to bring the old school customer service practices back to our industry at competitive prices. I was having an issue with spiders. I live by a rather large lake and continued to have spider issues around and in my home. We had another pest control company doing our service for years and the problem never went away, the spiders just continued to come back after treatment. So, I met Chris from 1st Choice Pest Solutions while he was treating our law office and I informed him of my issue. He offered to come out to my home and see if he could help get rid of the issue. He came out and treated our home. He was very knowledgeable about different insect questions we had and very polite. He was way more thorough than our previous company and actually better priced! So we signed up for a quarterly service with 1st Choice and fired our previous pest control company. We haven't seen a spider since!!! A+ rating for these guys.

My husband started getting hives on his arms so after doing some investigating, we found the cause was bed bugs. Jason set up an appointment to do a free estimate and found that we had them in our bedroom. The price was so much better than I would have expected and the treatment they used is working great. Will have a follow up in two weeks to make sure they are completely gone. I do not currently have them for pest control, but after hearing their prices on fire ant control, I will definitely be hiring them for that as well. If you want to hire a company that has exceptional customer service and really cares about their customers, then this is the company you want to go with.

Best service I could have ever asked for and a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else who has bed bugs or any other type of bug for that matter. They took the time to talk about the options available and I haven't seen any bed bugs since they left.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We must meet the state requirements for continuing education to keep our license. We must take classes 4 out of 5 years and take 30+ hours of ccu.
What types of customers have you worked with?
There is not a "common" type of job in pest control as each home and infestation is different. We do termite, pest control, moisture control, wildlife, rodents, mosquitoes, bed bugs, ventilation, insulation and so many other services that are common to us but not to the homeowner.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
