A. Make sure you are getting what you and/or your company NEEDS and not what is convenient for the service provider.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. SEO is no guarantee, EVER! It certainly helps, but it is more of an art than an science. What works for Google today may not work tomorrow or even work at all for Yahoo and Bing.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. For web development, one should ask to see a portfolio.

When seeking a computer repair service provider, be sure to ask if their work will void your warranty, then get that answer in writing!

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. All TechFix needs from our customers is commitment. As long as you are willing to go the distance, we will do everything we can to help you get there. We will work with you to make sure you get what you NEED and not what we think we can sell you.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I am currently working on my bachelors degree in computer science. I am also working to achieve several computer related certifications. Not to mention the plethora of military training I have gotten being in the Army.
