Introduction: I think it is my ability to capture moments that can't be recreated. Those candid shots that have my clients say later... "I didn't know you took that picture". Many expressions are captured at moments other than when people say "cheese", etc. I also have an "eye" for adding special effects in the editing process that enhance photos that were otherwise just another photo. Capturing little details and unique shots such as just the shoes, accessories, decorative items also add to my style. Being a part of peoples lives at joyous moments, even if only for a few hours. The pleasure of providing them with photographs that they can cherish forever, and share with their family and friends.

Susan was absolutely AMAZING. My husband and I got married in a secluded cabin in Asheville. She went to the cabin prior to our arrival to get ideas for pictures. It rain on our wedding day so she was kind enough to come out the next day to take out side pictures. It was like working with an old friend. The pictures were absolutely gorgeous and I will definitely use her in the future and recommend her to anyone in the area.her personal touches and tiredness only made the event more memorable for us. How did you get started doing this type of work?
I "cut my teeth" when I was about 17 years old when I bought a 35mm film camera. Through the years photography has been a hobby, during the last 5 years I began offering services for hire for weddings/receptions, new baby, family, I retired from a career in public service where I did not interact with people at happy times. Photographing people and even places has been a needed and desired change.
