CoHost USA manages two of our investment properties. One in Charlotte and one in the Blue Ridge Mountains. We are very satisfied with this company. Very professional and honest people. I knew Jason from when he was a Financial Advisor at a local bank, so when I found out he managed Airbnb's, I reached out to him about helping us with our properties. In the past we constantly had issues with bad reviews and poor maintenance. Jason and his team have drastically improved both properties. Thank you Jason!

Excellent Airbnb property manager/cohost. Jason sat down with my husband and I and made sure we understood what to expect when we put our property on Airbnb and VRBO. He gave us a monthly income projection report, and so far we have exceeded his projection! We are very happy with this company and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vacation rental property manager. We love that there aren't very strict rules which prevent us from allowing family to stay in our house. We spoke to a few other companies when we were looking for management and they told us we couldn't allow family to stay which didn't make sense for us. Cohost USA is just so easy to work with and very professional.
