Nick's combined Financial and Real Estate competencies provided me a much broader perspective than other realors in the Charlotte area. I bought my first rental property through Nick in 2005 and proceeded to by 5 more with him over the next 4 years. What types of customers have you worked with?
We list, market, and fully promote your property through a myriad of channels, many online. We fully screen prospective tenants and offer our expert advice. The property is fully managed and inspections are conducted. We do not layer in additional fees and costs. We wire rent money in early in the month. We communicate with our clients personally and very promptly. We have been in business fo over 10 years and are also licensed GS's.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Know how often your property will be inspected and when the landlord pays out the rents, we pay rent out immedialty. You pay nothing until your property is rented and our leasing and management fee is highly competitive. Please compare this to the market offerings.
