Shocal came out and ran cat5 to all our rooms, installed a 7.1 channel surround sound hung a tv and provided wifi through out our home where we didnt have any signal. We hire shocal based on all the reviews we have read and boy were they right.. shocal came out on time for our free estimate, once hired they came out on time on the date of our install. Matt and crew were so professional, vacuumed all work areas when done, showed us how to use everything and really respected our home and space! The knowledge and craftsmanship of the work we recieved was priceless.. I cannot say enough how amazing this business is and how great the job came out.. thanks guys a million

Matt installed a Samsung camera system for us a little over a year ago and now 2 of our cameras are not working properly. We had called and texted Matt repeatedly to get him to come out and check on the problem and finally after weeks of practically begging him, he came only to tell us it was a bent cable. My husband later discovered that it was not the cable so we tried yet again to get Matt to come out to help us figure out what the problem was only to be told at first that it was lightning. After I questioned how could he possibly know for sure it was lightning without physically coming out to check for sure, he then said it "could be" the pre existing wiring in our new home. He tried to diagnose the problem over the phone and refused to make an appt with us to come out and physically diagnose the issue. Instead he told us he was on a 25 day project and "if" he had time he'd swing by to look at it not before he repeatedly yelled his entire resume and work history and the issues my neighborhood had with outages and so on and so forth. He was being extremely unprofessional by raising his voice and talking over me while I was trying to voice my concerns. It is our opinion that he has no plans on coming back out here because he feels like he doesn't have an opportunity to make more money from us. He doesn't even want to address a simple issue we paid him in full for but I'm sure if we had a pricey job for him, he'd find time within that 25 day period to come out to our home. We don't ever plan on calling Shocal Solutions ever again and we will not recommend his services to anyone else. We've had audio visual work done in several of our homes and never had to experience such unprofessionalism. Which is quite a disappointment considering we gave him our business, but never again. We will find someone more professional who will get our needs met without such rude and unacceptable behavior.

Here is was bothers me about this comment and review, We offer installations, but do not offer service contracts, which means when we did your install over a year ago, in our terms and conditions and while we spoke, all our client know that after your 90 day installation warranty, if there is a problem, you have to pay a service fee, this issue here is that you guys do not want to pay to have my techs come and trouble shoot your system. I have been over there once for free, I have given you the Samsung Camera tech support and warranty toll free number, and Ive even tried to troubleshoot and assist over the phone. Im not sure what else I can do besides free labor to assist you further. SO since you're not under any contract or service contract and you're out of warranty, there are fees and service call charges to have us come out, but thanks for our first negative review on here, Happy Holidays ****Also the problem with Unverified Reviews is this is your original review from a year ago below- Matt is a good guy. I interviewed several other companies but he was the most informative, down to earth, and honest one. He takes great pride in his work and will spend the entire day with you until you understand everything about your install. He has a lot of integrity which is quite rare nowadays. My 2 year old thinks he's really cool too! Being a former professional athlete I've hired several audio/visual companies to do work in my homes, but ShoCal Solutions has been the best by far. I wished I had met him years ago. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great work from a great company who stands behind what they do 110%. Thanks for such great work Matt!
