- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some prices listed right on our website others require a free estimate. Purchase one of our package bundles and get 10% of additional services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer enters their request through the website. We review the request and if needed schedule the estimate or consultation. The estimate is electronically sent to the customer by text and email which allows them to choose which services, sign our agreement, and enter preferred dates for their services. If we can accommodate their dates we will schedule it and they receive a confirmation text and email. If we can't use their dates we contact them with the next available options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner, Andrew, has been in the industry for 25 years with 2 different companies. All of our technicians go through customer service training and on the job services training. In addition we are Trident Master Certified for Paver and Hardscape Restoration projects.
