Along with our commercial-grade inflatable bounce house rentals, we also offer face painting, custom temporary glitter tattoos, cotton candy machines, spin art machines, princess costume rentals, clowns and more.
We also sell residential bounce houses and water slides for those who want to have their own inflatable unit! We serve Jacksonville, NC along with Onslow County and surrounding communities.

I love Jumping Smilez! I have used their services every year for three years now and its always great! The owners are military and definitely have a heart for the Military. The bouncers are always clean and the staff is so nice. They are always adding on new things, they didn't have the year before. I was so impressed by all the new party add ons they came up with from one year to another. And they ALWAYS give me a 10% off discount for being a returning customer, and with the economy the way it is, any discount is money being saved :)
I love this company and the people working there, there are others in Jacksonville who charge a lot more and don't provide the same level of quality and customer service that Jumping Smilez does. I greatly recommend them to anyone thinking of spicing up their parties with fun activities!– Carla

A. To make sure the company they are renting from is a certified and license company that carries a required liability insurance in the state of NC.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. To find out how much the services are really worth in this area. Many companies like to overcharge people.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. When hiring a service professional, you should always strive to hire the best. After all, you work hard to earn your money, so seeking the best service for the price is crucial. Check out their web presence, and do some browsing around their website prior to hiring them, or if you prefer, you can simply just ask them. Important questions to consider in this industry are:
- Are you licensed and certified?
- Do you have liability insurance for your products?
- Are your products sanitized after use?
- Is your staff trained and certified by the Safe Inflatable Operators Training Organization (SIOTO) ?
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. It is very important to have at least the basic event information nailed down when contacting a professional. This allows them to better assist you make your event a success. Basic event information includes the date, time and location of the event. Other important information to consider is what is your plan if there is bad weather, (is there a rain date? or are you moving the event inside? ) . If you have a theme, that is also an important piece of information to mention to your professional. In various occasions, professionals can assist you in making your event the one to remember !!!!!!!!
Q. What are you currently working on improving?
A. We are currently working on expanding our company. We are striving to open an indoor play arena as soon as time and regulations permits. We wont spoil the surprise and give it all upfront, but we have some pretty exciting things in store for our clients!
In the rental side of the company, for three consecutive years now, we have new bouncers coming in every summer, keeping our inventory fresh. We are also adding various party additions to offer customers several options when making reservations for their events. There is a taste to everything, so if jumping on bouncy houses isn't your taste, no worries, we have other options for you!
