Dean was amazing. He managed to save all of the extemely important files off a thumb drive I thought was probably gonna end up as toast. He was fast and kept me updated on the data recovery. Not only did he save documents that took hours and hours to create that were 8 months in the making, he did it with excellent customer service as well, really a friendly guy. He really saved my week with that thumb drive! I would recommend Dean and PC Exchange to anyone with data recovery needs or anything else they offer for that matter!

I have taken my computer to Zack and Dean twice now, and both times they have impressed me with their work. They are incredibly detailed and unlike many business's in this area, they won't sell you something you don't need for the sake of getting paid. The first time I took a computer in was for a hard drive, and I ended up paying significantly less than I would have at other local stores, and FAR less than if I would have sent it to the manufacturer. I will continue to do business with them, because I know that when my computer is in their shop, it's in great hands and when I pick it up, I know the work was done right. If you want honest and friendly service, look no further than the PC exchange.

I had a virus issue and took my computer to their store on Saturday. I picked up the computer on Monday morning at 1000 as promised. The techs were on hand, remembered who I was and had my computer ready to go. So far, everything has checked out and my computer is now running like a gem. I am very satisfied and will take my computer to them again.
