Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Everyone has different photographing styles, but I strive to have a wide range and tailor to each of my clients. A wedding day is not about me, it's all about the bride and groom. I strive to give my all without charging clients, unlike other photographers that think you should pay thousands of dollars. I love being a part of my client's special day. I love learning what they want from the wedding pictures, but then also giving them images they would have never thought of. Seeing their faces, once they see their final images is priceless.

Our experience with Alicia was wonderful. She is very professional and will go out of her way to make sure everything you are looking for is taken care of completely. Pictures are one of the most important ways of preserving memories and making time stand still. We had a small family wedding outdoors in the fall and she captured every moment perfectly. Our wedding day was a great day that we can reflect on for the rest of our lives and we have Alicia to thank for that. Don't trust your most precious moment that you can't get back to just anyone. We're so happy we chose Alicia. We could not have asked for more. Thank you!! Arland and Michelle York

Alicia was very professional, but also very fun and easy to work with. She put everyone at ease immediately, accommodated our requests, made good suggestions and took plenty of pictures. She is going to offer many choices regarding what I will want to purchase. I haven't seen any pictures yet, but so far, I would highly recommend her.

I met Alicia through Thumtack and then John and I met her at a Bridal Show in Raleigh. Alicia was fun to talk to and I really enjoyed her personality. She is a pleasure to work with and we cannot wait till Alicia does our wedding pictures. Will post after the wedding.

She met us so we can sign the contract and pay $100 for the deposit we were told we would have a copy of our contract emailed to us within a week. After 3 months of trying to call, email, and communicate on Facebook we still haven't heard from her. She's a scam artist please do not hire her. She will take your money and never respond back. Terrible person she is to steal from someone who just wants a lovely wedding.
Say Cheese Photography's reply
I never treated you out of any money and after talking to both you and your fiance several times over those months, you seemed to have no sympathy for a person going through a death in their family. I emailed every time I got an email from you, with never a response back. I then politely talked to your fiance several times on the phone explaining that I had always responded to your emails, even after he yelled at me. I hope that you have a great wedding and wish you all the best, but I'm not a scam and tried everything I could do while going through a horrible couple of months. Thank you for your compassion.

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I took some photography classes in high school and loved them. I started having friends and family ask to take their pictures and I just kept going. I have always done photography on the side, while doing other jobs/careers. However, a couple years ago, I decided that there was nothing else I would rather do more.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Cheaper or free is not always a good thing. Your pictures are what you're going to look at for the rest of your lives and want to show your children one day.
