- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by asking the customer for all the details that are needed to handle the task that they need completed. We then let the customer know our rates and work with them to figure out the best option in order to get the job done
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked for a moving company for years and decided to start my own because the company I would work for would overcharge customers for simple jobs and barley pay us so I thought why not get some guys to help people move, I have the experience of a professional and I can charge much less than the bigger companies for the same quality of work and put more money in the pockets of the actual workers
