Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Experienced, professional, and objective. I am not in this business to promote a home or to pick it apart for "negotiations" or for a favor to any party. I am a licensed professional who takes a careful, methodical approach.

A. I enjoy meeting new people and helping them become informed about their (potential) home.

A. 1) What do you charge?
- The cost for services depends on the layout size, and location of the home, please tell me more and I will give you a price.
2) So-and-so does it for $$$ can you match that.
- As the saying goes "I am the worst inspection in the area, and I am the cheapest to prove it." I charge a fair price for the inspection and the hours it takes to do the inspection plus the writte report later.
3) Do you provide a report at the end of the inspection?
- The report is provided within three business days by email. Anyone rushing to provide you a report "on site" cannot be thorough. I research my report findings and provide answers to questions, no just a list of defects. This takes time and there are reasonible business costs I charge for that.
