I take pride in the fact that all my clients are able to refer me to their friends with peace of mind that they will be completely satisfied as well. New flooring can change the entire look of your home, and the fact that you allow me in your home to install it makes me feel like I have accomplished something at the end of the day. No one takes pride in their work like I do. You may notice a negative review about our company. Please understand that we went above and beyond to make this client happy. We charged her $500 for flooring installation and refunded her over $700 because she was not happy. She then took us to court and drained us of another $2600.00 because we didn't have the time to fight with her. As if that isn't enough she has attacked us on a business and personal level all over social media and the internet and in our personal lives. All of our good reviews speak for themselves. There will always be that client who you cannot make happy and we found her. She also has spent 3 or 4 years making another flooring company in South Carolina completely miserable because she was unhappy with them as well.
