Always look for a licensed contractor who will obtain the appropriate building permits. Any job over $5,000 requires a building permit and any job over $ 30,000 requires a licensed contractor. A cabinet dealer who is not also a licensed contractor has neither the expertise or training to properly remodel your kitchen.
